Wilma is a 2 year old mix breed who is very sweet!

She mirrors what her people want to do- are you down for fetch? Tug? A hike? A walk? A run? A bike ride? Yes please!

Do you want to snuggle up on the couch and catch the latest episode of your favorite show? She’s your girl.

She is very smart, learns new behaviors quickly, and has excellent food and toy drive!

Wilma lives with an indoor cat and 2 dogs and gets along with everyone.

She does need appropriate introductions to other dogs, but would do great as an only dog or with fur-siblings.

Wilma finds small children a little stressful, so would do best in an adult only household or with dog savvy kids ages 12+.

Wilma is crate trained and finds comfort in her crate. She is used to going in her crate when her people leave the house and overnight. Wilma is a very clean girl, and has never had an accident in the house or her crate.

Wilma has come very far with training for on leash reactivity but needs someone dedicated to continuing her training and being a confident leader for her. These days, her reactions are limited, however, she picks up on her handler’s emotions and would have the most success with an owner who is able to stay calm and redirect as needed.

She loves a routine and takes some time to acclimate to new surroundings, but anyone who gives her the time she needs will be rewarded with a wonderful companion!
