Bentley is a sweet, loving boy who adores his people and is always ready to offer a cuddle.

He has a BIG personality and isn’t shy about sharing his opinions, especially when something exciting catches his attention.

Bentley can be quite the barker and likes to announce nearly everything happening around him, so his future family should be prepared for a dog with plenty to say!

He is also working on his leash manners and currently wears a harness because he pulls strongly. With continued training, he can become a more polite walking companion.

Bentley does well with other dogs but can be protective of his personal space.

If he feels another dog is getting too close or invading his territory, he will communicate that he needs room.

He is not a fan of cats and will chase - and loudly complain about their presence.

Bentley is also working on his house manners and has had a few accidents since transferring to his fosters recently, but a consistent routine with plenty of outdoor time and walks will help.

He is not kennel trained and does not enjoy being in a crate; in fact, he has figured out how to let himself out when given the opportunity!

Bentley is a work in progress, but he has so much love to give. With patience, consistency, training, and a family willing to embrace his big personality, he could become a wonderful and incredibly loving companion
